On 10 June, a cycle ride was organized between Makongeni Estate and Kibera in Nairobi. The 7km race included young women and men from different slums in Nairobi and helped raise awareness on the need for urban safety. The ride also helped kickstart the groundbreaking event of the sports field in Silanga Kibera.
